The Purple One Strikes Back!
If you were at Coachella, you might have been lucky enough to see Prince cover “Creep” by Radiohead. I was there, I saw it and it was amazing. I even shot a little video and posted it to YouTube.
Less than 10 hours later, after 1,451 views, the video was yanked for “copyright infringement.” I’d forgotten that Prince is on top of shutting down non-sanctioned video and audio posts.
Prince, I offer my humblest apologies. I simply wanted to share a sliver of the awesomeness that was your cover of one of my favorite songs. Please, put it out as a download and I’ll buy it from iTunes.
